1. Donations and Tax Exemption
Eligibility for Tax Exemption:
Gandhi Hindustani SahityaSabha-is registered under Section 12A and Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. Contributions made by Indian taxpayers are eligible for tax deduction under Section 80G, subject to prevailing laws and individual tax status.
Issuance of Receipts:
An official donation receipt and the 80G certificate will be issued and sent to the donor’s registered email address within 7 working days of the transaction.
Accuracy of Information:
Donors must ensure that all information provided at the time of donation (including PAN, full name, email ID, and phone number) is accurate. Any errors may result in delays or ineligibility for the 80G certificate.
Corporate or Foreign Donations:

No Storage of Sensitive Data:
Gandhi Hindustani SahityaSabhadoes not store or access your card, UPI, or net banking credentials at any stage.
3. Refund and Cancellation Policy
Donations:
All donations made are final and non-refundable. In rare and exceptional cases (e.g., accidental duplication of donation or technical error), a refund may be considered only if requested in writing before the issuance of the 80G receipt, and at the sole discretion of the Gandhi Hindustani SahityaSabha’s management.
Subscriptions and Product/Service Purchases: All payments
made for subscriptions to our magazine, event registrations, or any other services/products are non-refundable. If the product or service is not delivered or significantly deviates from its original description, we may offer:
A replacement (if applicable), or Credit towards future programs/events.
Cancellation Requests:
No cancellation is permitted after a donation or payment is processed. Please review all details carefully before confirming payment.
